EXPERIENCE

FOREX experience Начал торговать акциями и опционами после кризиса 2008г., привлеченный всеобщим ажиотажем. На форексе с 2010г. Первые два года торговли были нестабильными, очень волатильными, без определенной стратегии и, как следствие, убыточными. С 2013 года вывел для себя собственную стратегию, основываясь на всем имеющемся опыте и установил четкие правила управления капиталом. Ключевым этапом стала переоценка ожиданий от торговли и установка более умеренных ориентиров.

I started trading stocks and options after the crisis of 2008 attracted by overall commotion and discovered FX markets in 2010. First couple of years were very unstable, volatile, without coherent trading strategy and as a result - loosing years. Since 2013 I have developed my own trading strategy, based on all available experience and set strict money management rules. However the key for the transition to profitable trading became reevaluating my expectations and setting realistic goals.

PRINCIPLES

Trading rules Торговля ведется полностью в ручном режиме. Основными элементами являются простые и классические вещи (значимость в принятии решения соответствует порядку в списке):
- уровни поддержки/сопротивления и скользящие средние;
- фигуры price action;
- индикаторы RSI и VSA для подтверждения точки разворота/силы тренда;
- опыт, визуальная интерпретация, счет волн Эллиотта.

Управление капиталом - консервативное. Риск составляет около 1% от депозита на одну пару с ожиданием прибыли, как минимум, вдвое больше. После трех убыточных сделок торговля прекращается до следующей сессии. Все позиции закрываются перед нерабочими днями и выходными.

Для определения тренда, сетапов используется дневной график. Но, поскольку я не люблю длинных стоп лоссов и не люблю болтаться в просадке, я ищу точки для входа на четырехчасовом (а иногда меньшем) графике.

Основополагающим в моей торговле является ориентация на стабильный ежемесячный доход, который позволяет наращивать капитал управляющего и инвесторов, используя мощь накопительного процента.

The trading is done manually. Underlying elements of the strategy is basic and classical stuff such as (in the order of importance for decision making):
- Support/resistance levels and moving averages;
- Price Action patterns;
- RSI and VSA indicators to confirm reversal or continuation of a trend;
- Experience, visual interpretation, Elliott Wave count

Money management is conservative. Risk constitutes approximately 1-2% of the deposit value per currency pair with profit expectation at least twice as much. After 3 consecutive losing trades the trading is discontinued until the next trading day. All open positions are closed before the weekend or holidays.

I use daily timeframe to determine a trend and any trade set-up confirmation. However as I dislike setting long stop loss orders and even more so having a prolonged drawdown I use 4H (and sometimes smaller) charts for more precise entry points.

A stable monthly gain is fundamental to my strategy. This allows growing my and investors’ capital with an increasing speed using the might of cumulative return.
