Trading Strategy

Tantra Advisors track and trade major currencies and commodities. In currencies we trade only major currencies like Euro, Pound, Yen, Frank, Aussie and Canadian Dollar and in commodities we trade spot Gold and Silver. Most of the trades are against dollar pairs but at times crosses, particularly yen crosses may also be traded. System is discretionary and manual. Positions may be liquidated intraday or may be carried overnight.

At any point of time not more than five positions may be open, each with 1:3-1:4 leverage (max exposure upto 1:30), however for overnight carry, only three positions at max (total 1:15 exposure) can be present.

Each trade is issued with a stop ranging from 100-200 pips, depending upon the trade setup. Stops may be moved only towards the entry and never extended away from it.
