Also, one of the main advantages of my trading system is the handwritten processing of data from the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, which are posted on the CME Group's Internet resources, and the compilation of an option analysis according to the method itself developed, which allows predicting the actions of large market participants. All the above-mentioned methods of market analysis allow the PAMM account manager to perform a high-quality, detailed, variable and reasonable forecast of price movements in the market of interest to him, as well as to plan better quality deals: minimal risks, a large ratio of the profit of a deal on a take profit to a loss on a stop loss, breakeven and high probability of a successful forecast / result The risk management was created safe: the loss on each standard transaction does not exceed approximately 3% of all funds in the account. [The only exceptions are special deals with a higher probability of success]. The ratio of potential profit to potential loss is usually greater than 2 and tends to 3, and it follows from this that any successful trade will compensate for the loss of 2-3 unsuccessful trades in the past. Thanks to this risk management, even if for a certain period of time the share of unsuccessful trades from a number of standard trades will be two-thirds, the profit will not be negative, but brought to zero (breakeven) or insignificant profit. Demo: 2 trades with profit: -n; 1 deal with profit: + 2n. (The ratio of profit per trade to its loss was observed: | + 2n / -n | = 2; unsuccessful trades - two thirds) Result: 2x (-n) + 1x (+ 2n) = 2n-2n = 0 - breakeven. My trade contains, as a rule, 50% of successful transactions according to the last detailed report compiled at the end of 2021. In the near future, a safe method of building trading pyramids will be practiced. The risks from one pyramid will not exceed the losses and risks of one standard trade in my traditional trading style. The trading pyramid will help you profit from market movements that my traditional approach is not able to use.
